A two component polyurethane sealant. Excellent adhesion and resistant to a wide range of chemicals for internal and external joint sealing.

The most up to date and economical method of slab construction available to a contractor.

The need to hire costly roadforms is eliminated by simply screeding off the rails provided which are left permanently in position, bringing further savings in the labour costs normally associated with roadform removal.

Adjacent bay construction also becomes increasingly quicker. Screedrail is manufactured in reinforced concrete with a material strength of 50 N/mm2.

It comes in a range of heights to suit any thickness of slab under construction.

The adopted profile allows for maximum bond between adjacent bays with holes provided for the insertion of dowel bars.

Dual seal water-stop is a bentonite based that reacts with water by swelling to form a watertight seal in concrete structures.

It has been specifically designed to seal construction joints against the ingress or egress of liquids in water retaining or excluding structures.

Dual seal water-stop is fixed by nailing to the face of the existing pour prior to placing the next pour. It is installed directly on to scabbled surfaces and end joints are simply achieved by overlapping, no welding or adhesives are required.

Can be applied to green concrete and in damp conditions.

Manufactured from a flexible PVC tube with a compressible foam plug inserted in one end to allow expansion. Square section also available to order.

This brush or dip applied one part bitumen based compound is designed for coating dowel bars in expansion joints, where a controlled amount of movement is required. Coverage 1.8 – 3.6 m2 per litre.
